In a new series involving landscape and abstract I am studying cloud formation with depth and light from a distant perspective. In doing so, the point of view feels like the cover of a mysterious story. The hues dance with the idea of being in an illuminating dream or dimension. For me, the tobacco barns hold an eerie, but magical essence because they encapsulate so many compressed and untold stories of our past. In this piece, the clouds express the barn's deep and expansive stories.
